Kate Konzelman
Founder & Mental Health Therapist
As a mental health therapist, I am passionate about helping people work through barriers and experience freedom. At WELL Counseling we believe each person matters. Therapy is a tool that can help you to make the changes you desire, find healing, and work towards reconciliation with others. My philosophy for counseling is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where together we can identify underlying obstacles and equip you with tools to help you on a journey towards holistic wellness. Most importantly, if you choose to find help here, my sincere hope is for you to live in the freedom and wellness I know you are capable of.
I have worked for the past seven years with children, youth and families. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, processing childhood trauma, PTSD and family of origin issues. Additionally, I have experience working with foster youth and families, adoption support, and behavioral rehabilitation.
I look forward to partnering with you.
